Overview

The Professional Services (PS) team is essential in onboarding new customers and delivering various services, working collaboratively across teams to implement 360Learning effectively.

In Short

• Coach a team of 12-15 consultants.
• Support Sales in presenting PS offerings.
• Engage with customer executive sponsors.
• Manage onboarding projects across North America.
• Ensure strong long-term customer relationships.
• Oversee 40 to 60 onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Work with teams from their home offices.
• Mentor team members to help them grow.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Deliver functional, technical, and training services.
