• Manage global core services teams to ensure high-quality support for platform users.
• Define strategy, hire, and enable teams of A-players.
• Implement new processes and educate users on platform changes.
• Lead and develop Customer Support, Professional Services, and Fulfillment teams.
• Prepare and review performance metrics and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to focus on company success.
• Manage plans, goals, and objectives for multiple clients globally.
• Ensure service delivery processes are effective and efficient.
• Provide a delightful user experience and feedback to product teams.
• Own the process for resolving client issues and maintain high-quality work.

Requirements

• 7 - 10+ years in a delivery of professional services leadership role.
• Experience in hiring and scaling delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and service delivery.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive attitude and ownership of tasks.
