Overview

The Director of Professional Services is responsible for leading teams to deliver successful software implementation projects, managing project governance, financials, and client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Experience in consulting and implementation services.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and developments.
• Experience in developing project scope and estimates.
• Ability to evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
