In Short

  • Generate qualified opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
  • Research and identify target accounts within the Global 5000 that would benefit from digital supplier management solutions
  • Support marketing and AEs in account-based marketing campaigns aimed at specific accounts
  • Engage with C-Level contacts in procurement, supply chain, and IT leaders to understand their supplier data challenges
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness
  • Diligently maintain accurate records of all activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities generated
  • Ensure sales tools such as Clay, Outreach, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Gong are used for optimized workflows
  • Stay current on HICX product capabilities, competitive landscape, and industry trends in supplier management

Requirements

  • Driven and ambitious individual
  • Experience in sales or business development preferred
  • Ability to engage with C-Level executives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of supplier management and procurement is a plus
