Overview

The Head of Demand Generation for DACH will manage pipeline creation for the DACH market to support 360Learning's growth during the current Head's extended leave. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to high-performance marketing efforts.

In Short

• Manage DACH pipeline creation for revenue growth.
• Collaborate with EMEA Paid Marketing Manager on marketing experiments.
• Own the DACH Demand Gen budget and achieve SQL targets.
• Work closely with DACH BDRs to improve lead conversion rates.
• Collaborate with EMEA marketing team on ambitious campaigns.
• Unlock new acquisition channels for demand generation.
• Feed insights to Product Marketing based on campaign results.
• Experience comprehensive onboarding in the marketing team.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years in Demand Generation in B2B SaaS.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2).
• Good understanding of SEM and social media advertising.
• Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo and Hubspot.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage projects autonomously.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience with ABM campaigns is a plus.
