Head of Demand Generation - DACH (Fixed-term) - Remote

Overview

As Head of Demand Generation DACH, you will manage pipeline creation for the DACH market, ensuring marketing and sales targets are met while covering for the current Head of DG on leave.

• Lead pipeline creation for DACH market

• Own the DACH Demand Gen budget

• Work with DACH BDRs to improve lead follow-up
• Unlock new acquisition channels for demand generation
• Conduct marketing experiments and analyze performance
• Collaborate with EMEA marketing team on campaigns
• Experience an onboarding into a high-performance marketing organization

Requirements

• Min. 2 years experience in Demand Generation in B2B SaaS
• Native or business fluent in German (min. C2)
• Fluent in English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent
• Good understanding of SEM and Social Ads
• Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Hubspot)
• Data-focused and driven by performance
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Project management and autonomy skills
• Structured written communication
• Experience with ABM campaigns is a plus
