Overview

360Learning is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to contribute to our DACH team by generating opportunities from high-potential accounts and qualifying leads for our Account Executives.

In Short

  • Generate opportunities from top priority accounts.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Engage prospects using modern Sales Development techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams.
  • Master the pitch and qualification methodology.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads.
  • Contribute to onboarding new team members.
  • Bring innovative lead generation ideas to meetings.
  • Research trends for engagement and interest creation.
  • Participate in continuous learning and coaching opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales.
  • Experience in inbound and/or outbound lead generation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native German and fluent English proficiency.
  • Enthusiasm for company culture.
