In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Career Services administrators and other key stakeholders at campuses.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person platform demonstrations tailored to the needs of Career Services administrators.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by generating scalable revenue.
  • Create and negotiate sales proposals and contracts.
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of higher education experience, preferably with career services.
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience preferred.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • A hunter sales mentality with excellent prospecting skills.
  • A self-starter who can manage their own pipeline.
