Overview

12twenty is seeking a versatile and imaginative Creative Designer to join our growing marketing team and help elevate and standardize the company’s visual identity across every touchpoint.

In Short

• Own 12twenty’s visual brand identity across all marketing and communication channels.
• Design compelling creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, and sales decks.
• Develop branded collateral including one-pagers, pitch decks, and event materials.
• Translate messaging into impactful visual storytelling.
• Maintain templates, design systems, and brand guidelines.
• Present design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
• Stay current on design trends and bring innovative ideas.
• 4+ years of experience in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Notion.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Creative, Brand, or Visual Designer.
• Curiosity, ownership mentality, and comfort with ambiguity.
• A portfolio showcasing brand systems and visual hierarchy.
• Experience across digital, print, and social media.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to AI and automation.
• Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus.
