In Short

  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for employers.
  • Own client retention and minimize churn.
  • Identify and manage expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and facilitate virtual and in-person account reviews.
  • Educate employer customers on best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • 4-6 years in customer success, account management, or sales.
  • Strong cross-functional skills.
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office Suite, and Salesforce.
  • SaaS, Higher Education, and/or Recruiting experience.
  • Solution Selling Experience.
