In Short

  • Develop and maintain quality relationships with Career Center administrators and other key university stakeholders.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person demos of both the 12twenty platform and the Musto Careers subscription.
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals by selling Musto Careers as an add-on solution.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in higher education, career services, or education technology.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • A hunter sales mentality with excellent prospecting skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
  • Dedication to professionalism and excellence in all interactions.
