Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of legal experience in law firms or in-house.
• Experience in commercial agreements and contract litigation.
• Knowledge of government contracts law.
• Ability to understand business and legal issues.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance.
• Impeccable integrity and character.
• Experience with national security and compliance issues.
