Overview

The Area Manager at [solidcore] is responsible for leading and developing teams across multiple studios, ensuring operational excellence and driving revenue growth while embodying the brand culture.

• Coach classes weekly to maintain engagement.

• Lead a team of Community Managers.

Requirements

• Availability to work on-site and travel frequently.
• Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
• 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience.
• Experience in high-end fitness or hospitality management.
• 2 years of group fitness or personal training experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in g-Suite and MS Office.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
