Overview

The Technical Account Manager will work with customers to help them get the most out of their Zuora investments, driving the engagement team towards optimal solutions.

In Short

  • Work with customers to maximize their Zuora investments.
  • Engage with customer executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize technical skills and customer-facing abilities.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis.
  • Collaborate with Zuora Product Engineers.
  • Maintain customer health and system configurations.
  • Provide expertise on Zuora product configuration.
  • Document requirements and user stories.
  • Develop custom training materials for customers.
  • Support customers with technical questions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise-level Revenue and Finance solutions.
  • Experience in customer-facing solution delivery.
  • Expertise with ERP, Order to Cash, Billing, and/or CRM solutions.
  • BS in Computer Science or Business preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, PLSQL or programming languages.
  • Ability to review API documentation.
  • Leadership abilities in business discussions.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and systems design.
  • Strong team player with communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.
