Overview

As a Technical Consultant at Zuora, you will work with solution architects and customers to deliver optimal technical solutions based on their requirements, contributing to the Subscription Economy.

In Short

• Collaborate with Zuora Product Engineers on customer use cases.
• Understand and implement data/object models.
• Document technical solutions and runbooks.
• Provide guidance on best practices for customer requirements.
• Assist customers with UATs and production deployments.
• Work with a geographically dispersed team.
• Utilize programming skills in various languages.
• Engage in continuous learning and collaboration.
• Participate in office visits and team events.
• Help customers adopt Zuora products effectively.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of technical experience.
• 3-5 years in consulting roles.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Business preferred.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Team player with problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Zuora products.
