Cloud Reliability Engineer - Remote

We are looking for talented engineers to join our Cloud Engineering teams, responsible for managing and optimizing cloud infrastructures and services for our SaaS products.

• Provide technical leadership and drive customer impacting incidents to faster mitigation.
• Execute on cloud reliability strategy for improved availability and incident management.
• Drive full stack observability and diagnostic automations.
• Transform operations with AI and automation.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive self-service automations.
• Own efficiency improvements in operations.
• Lead operational readiness reviews and define controls.
• Action initiatives for cost efficiencies and improved customer experience.
• Develop team delivery roadmap and drive PI planning.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance productivity and experience.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in architecting and operating large scale cloud infrastructure.
• In-depth experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for availability and performance issues.
• Experience in monitoring and observability.
• Capacity management experience.
• Automation skills using CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good experience in agile practices.
• Programming knowledge in Python or similar languages.
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, etc.).
• Familiarity with database environments (Oracle, MySQL).
• Knowledge of messaging queues and APIs.
• Experience with ELK stack and Grafana.
