Overview

The Senior Technical Account Manager (Sr. TAM) will be responsible for managing customer relationships and resolving technical issues related to Zscaler products, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

In Short

  • Manage resolution of technical service and infrastructure issues for customers.
  • Work with customers using various media (phone, email, on-site).
  • Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to ensure proper deployment of Zscaler products.
  • Assist the Support team with escalations and on-call duties.
  • Provide on-site and virtual product training to Premium Support customers.
  • Monitor reporting information and policy configurations at customer sites.
  • Deliver notifications of new products and technologies to customers.
  • Establish communication channels between customers and internal teams.
  • Provide valuable product feedback based on customer requirements.
  • Contribute to a customer-centric culture that fosters success and growth.

Requirements

  • 5 years of account management experience, including pre- and post-sales responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent certifications.
  • Proficiency in networking and information security.
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise networks and infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting tools.
