Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales team and optimize our sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for improving efficiency.

In Short

  • Manage and maintain sales data in CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Generate reports and presentations on sales performance and key metrics for senior management.
  • Support sales team with pricing and quoting for customers.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of sales representatives on CRM and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Monitor and enforce sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
