Overview

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key support role within the Sales Operations team, working closely with Sales Operations Managers, CRM experts, and Sales Leadership.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 2-3 years experience in Sales Operations or CRM Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho or Salesforce.
• Experience in B2B Sales, SaaS, Shipping, or Supply Chain.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of BI reporting tools.
• Comfortable working with data and reports.
• Problem-solver who enjoys supporting teams.
