Requirements

• Good typing skills (45+ wpm) and accuracy.
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
• Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
• Experience in customer service or data entry preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proactive and self-confident in stressful situations.
• Related industry experience (freight, logistics) is a plus.
• Willingness to complete typing tests as part of the application process.
