Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

The Customer Service Representative provides front line, direct contact with customers when filing claims over the phone and informs customers of the organization’s products and/or services.

• Fully remote position
• Pay is $16.00/hr W2
• 12 month contract-to-hire
• Shifts available from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST

• Files claims by collecting information from customers
• Answers routine questions and resolves basic problems
• Maintains professionalism and interacts effectively with all contacts
• Maintains department quality standards
• Must handle high call volumes while adhering to scheduled breaks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of customer service experience in a call center role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Effective data entry skills
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
