Overview

Zillion Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach to lead enterprise Agile transformation efforts and manage program delivery for a strategic federal program focused on drinking water safety and environmental compliance.

In Short

• Lead enterprise Agile transformation strategy and establish Agile standards.
• Coach Agile teams and deliver SAFe training and workshops.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies and advocate Lean-Agile values.
• Oversee Agile program delivery ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
• Manage program scope, risks, and team performance.
• Provide executive-level updates and serve as a liaison with stakeholders.
• 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery and program management.
• Active SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification required.
• Experience in federal contracting environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery and program management.
• 5+ years of experience in coaching Agile/SAFe transformations.
• Active SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
• Experience working in a federal contracting environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
