In Short

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments that may hinder squad progress.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner in managing the backlog and prioritizing tasks.
• Monitor squad performance to ensure deliveries align with tribe objectives.
• Encourage squads to focus on results and delivering value to clients.
• Strategic role with a business vision.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Experience in digital transformation.
• Experience with metrics and KPIs analysis.
• Experience as an Agile Coach or in similar roles.
