We are looking for a passionate Agile Coach to join our company and our community of Agilists at Inetum, to meet the needs of our major clients in the banking and insurance sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Proven ability to work in a team and use emotional intelligence and leadership.
• Ability to evangelize the benefits of agility.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Strong coaching skills and ability to deliver training.
• Fluency in English; additional languages and cultures are highly appreciated.
• Required certifications; we can also provide necessary certifications.
