Overview

The Agile Coach at Meridian is responsible for coaching and mentoring teams to develop agile practices and drive continuous improvement in their ways of working, focusing on empowering individuals and enhancing team performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or in Agile transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) are a plus.
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA or Miro preferred.
