Overview

As an Agile Coach, you will be a reliable partner for our clients in supporting complex product and transformation projects.

In Short

• Support complex product and transformation projects.
• Facilitate methodical and technical meetings and workshops.
• Actively shape the continuous improvement process of the team and products.
• Coach interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholders in agile values and practices.
• Create project-specific solutions through expertise and creativity.

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Computer Science, Media Computer Science, or similar.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in coaching agile teams.
• Experience with various agile methods and relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with customer orientation and team development.
• Strong communication, moderation, and coaching skills.
• Good German and English skills, willingness to travel within Germany.
