SailPoint Developer - Remote

Overview

The SailPoint Developer will be responsible for configuring and implementing SailPoint solutions to address complex security challenges, ensuring compliance with corporate policies while enhancing productivity.

• Work on the IAMO Transformation program.
• Configure SailPoint LCM product.
• Perform business critical analysis for application access requests.
• Support access provisioning and remediation for audit findings.
• Manage workflow creation and modifications.
• Meet Service Level Objectives and internal project deadlines.
• Train and mentor team members on SailPoint Identity Now.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on complex technical deployments.
• Ensure compliance with InfoSec, Risk, and Compliance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with SailPoint Identity Now.
• Experience in IGA solutions design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of access control and identity lifecycle flows.
• Experience with incident/problem management processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Experience with technical deployment projects.
• Ability to design and maintain documentation for SailPoint platform.
