Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be part of a supportive team, helping customers with their moving needs and ensuring exceptional service through effective communication and technology.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment.
• Educate customers on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Drive a forklift (certification provided).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
• Work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a moderate-risk environment.
• Physical ability to lift equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
