Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of the company, assisting customers with their needs while ensuring the maintenance and inspection of equipment.

In Short

  • Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul centers.
  • Use smartphone technology to manage rentals.
  • Inspect and maintain U-Haul equipment.
  • Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
  • Drive and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
  • Provide answers and education regarding U-Haul products.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
