Overview

The Field Services Technician plays a vital role in delivering IT solutions and building long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Perform hardware installations and modifications.
• Conduct wiring and connection tasks on non-working equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required.
• At least 25 years of age.
• Basic PC and electronic skills.
• Ability to perform job functions with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Flexibility for rotating and weekend shifts.
• Basic hand tools required.
