Overview

The Cloud Implementation Manager is a key member of the Digital Transformation team responsible for managing the Zones Cloud Commerce Platform and Marketplace, ensuring successful deployment of cloud offerings and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage implementation efforts for new cloud offers.
• Work with internal and external resources to prioritize cloud offerings.
• Develop and implement fulfillment connectors.
• Create and maintain a cloud offering launch schedule.
• Support cloud platforms and offering education for internal teams.
• Ensure understanding of cloud offerings by support teams.
• Maintain communication with team members and management.
• Engage with workstream team leaders for cloud offering launches.
• Interface with Cloud Services Desk for new offerings.
• Drive collaboration with technology and business partners.

Requirements

• Experience with e-Commerce platforms required.
• BA/BS in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Agile Product management experience is a plus.
• 5+ years in technical pre-sales or product management.
• 5+ years working with cloud ISV or Public Cloud providers.
• Knowledge of RESTful API integrations.
• Understanding of the cloud industry and ecosystem.
• Effective communication skills.
• Professional attitude towards clients and peers.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
