This position requires diligent performance tracking and meticulous management of client data in Salesforce.

In Short

  • Responsible for building, maintaining, and growing relationships with clients.
  • Maintain market share with existing clients.
  • Grow applications and funded loans at any given client.
  • Train clients on Zippy’s processes and technology.
  • Communicate process updates and changes to clients.
  • Track Zippy’s performance with clients.
  • Ensure Salesforce is up-to-date with key contacts.
  • Understand Zippy’s loan process from start to finish.
  • Represent client interests within Zippy.
  • Be a subject matter expert on clients.

Requirements

  • Driven, motivated, and a go-getter.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building.
  • Skilled at problem-solving and discovery calls.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Detail-oriented and quick learner.
  • Background in tech-forward environments or mortgage preferred.
  • SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Connection to the manufactured housing industry is a plus.
