• Conduct outbound calls to customers behind on home loan payments.
• Assess customers' financial situations and collaborate to find solutions.
• Utilize negotiation skills to establish payment plans.

• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relationships.
• Provide updates on collection efforts and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage or chattel collections.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving outcomes for borrowers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• High level of integrity and self-motivation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new technologies.
