Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, support, and guidance to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing effective solutions. You will also play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.

In Short

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Understand customer requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance during the pre-sales phase.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) activities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to engage with potential customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering.
  • Strong technical background with proven experience in a pre-sales role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
