Overview

As a Customer Solution Engineer at Zuora, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical wins and helping prospective customers embrace digital transformation.

In Short

  • Complete in-depth onboarding and sales training.
  • Own technical relationships with customers.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to C-Level executives.
  • Create tailored use case-specific demonstrations.
  • Differentiate Zuora against competitors.
  • Act as a liaison to the product management team.
  • Shape commercial strategy and technical action plans.
  • Support sales and marketing at field events.
  • Respond to technical elements of RFI’s / RFP’s.
  • Travel throughout your sales territory.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or operational finance roles.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong business value selling experience.
  • Understanding of subscription business models.
  • Experience with sales process methodologies.
  • General understanding of API development.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant FinTech experience.
