Overview

As a Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE), you will be the trusted technical advisor throughout a customer’s lifecycle. You are a product expert and will leverage your knowledge to ensure our Enterprise customers understand and utilize the Cloudflare platform to its fullest extent.

In Short

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers.
  • Deliver organized onboarding for customers.
  • Ensure customers see the full value in Cloudflare's products.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance across all products.
  • Collaborate with various teams to assist with technical escalations.
  • Identify opportunities for customer expansion.
  • Participate in account reviews to contribute technical expertise.
  • Contribute to internal and external documentation.
  • Manage travel for customer meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of internet protocols and security.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
  • Technical curiosity and passion for internet technology.
  • Project management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in Chinese (Writing & Reading).
