As a Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE), you will be the trusted technical advisor throughout a customer’s lifecycle, ensuring they understand and utilize the Cloudflare platform to its fullest extent.

Requirements
Fluent in English and one other European language.
3-5 years of post-sales customer relationship management experience.
Deep understanding of internet protocols and security aspects.
Experience with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
Ability to identify and solve problems proactively.
Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
