Overview

As a Customer Solution Engineer at Zuora, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers embrace digital transformation and optimize their business models in the Subscription Economy.

In Short

  • Work collaboratively with Account Executives to solve business-critical challenges.
  • Become an expert in Zuora’s products and services through in-depth training.
  • Own technical relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to C-Level audiences.
  • Differentiate Zuora from competitors and secure technical wins.
  • Act as a liaison to product management based on customer needs.
  • Support sales and marketing at field events.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate resources effectively.
  • Help shape commercial strategy and technical action plans.
  • Travel throughout your sales territory as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or related fields.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with various audiences.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and Cloud technologies.
  • Understanding of subscription and recurring revenue models.
  • Experience with sales process methodologies.
  • General understanding of API development and coding languages.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant FinTech experience.
