Join Zero Motorcycles as a Regional Sales Manager to drive brand growth in the Central US, working closely with dealerships and customers.

In Short

• Drive sales growth in the Central US region.
• Extensive travel required, up to three or four nights per week.
• Primary contact for dealerships, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Analyze market trends and implement sales campaigns.
• Build long-term relationships with dealership staff.
• Conduct sales and product training for dealership staff.
• Plan sales events to showcase Zero motorcycles.
• Maintain records in CRM to support operations.
• Monitor dealer compliance with policies and procedures.
• Must have a motorcycle endorsement and valid driver's license.

Requirements

• Experience in the powersports industry preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changes.
• Willingness to work various hours, including weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a clean DMV record.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
