Overview

The Regional Sales Manager – Central is responsible for leading sales initiatives within an assigned region by evaluating market opportunities, understanding customer and technology needs, and executing strategies that drive revenue and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in RF Microwave sales.
  • Proven supervisory experience in managing sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of RF Microwave technologies.
  • Strong history of leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
