Country Manager South East Germany and Austria - Remote

Overview

The South East Germany and Austria regions are crucial territories where Zero Motorcycles is pushing for growth and success in all activities: In this role, your targets will consist in: improving the sales network, managing the dealer and importers/distributors relationships, create and manage all the sale-in and sell-out support and opportunities with the intention to create strong and reliable network that support Zero Motorcycles in increasing the market share in the focus regions. The Country Manager South East Germany and Austria is eager to take ownership of all scope areas of the role in the assigned territories.

In Short

• Represent Zero Motorcycles in business activities in his region.
• Manage complete sales planning, ordering & delivery process for the dealers in your region.
• Build, extend and maintain the dealer network to the level as agreed and based on business targets.
• Report on a regular basis on business progress to the CM DACH.
• Develop Fleet business increasing engagement with governmental entities focusing on the Fleet sales.
• Support and steer the local B2B partner to be successful in managing governmental fleet opportunities.
• Implement marketing campaigns in accordance with central EMEA marketing plans.
• Coordinate local marketing activities and monitor their execution.
• Participate at events/shows.
• Deliver social media content to dealers.

Requirements

• Experience in sales management and dealer network management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in B2B sales and marketing.
• Familiarity with social media and public relations.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions.
• Fluency in German and English.
