Field Service Technician for French Regions - Remote

Overview

A Field Service Technician for the French speaking Territories will provide field service to our dealer network in French speaking territories. Via your troubleshooting guidance, onsite training and hands-on repair support you effectively resolve technical-, electrical-, and mechanical issues. The suitable candidates has, besides good technical knowledge, a flexible and customer-oriented attitude and possesses strong integrity and self-managing capabilities. The position requires significant travel throughout the French speaking Territories and occasionally to the Netherlands or eastern Europe. The Field Service Technician French speaking Territories is a full-time position within an open culture which promotes and inspires a highly committed and dedicated team to deliver premium service to our Dealer network. In this role you report directly to the Manager of Global Field Services. Residing in France and having a professional level of French and English is required.

• Provide field service support, troubleshooting and diagnostic guidance.

Requirements

• Superior studies on automotive/motorcycle: Mechanical/Electrical with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Native French, proficient in English.
• Certified to work on high-voltage systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Atlassian platforms.
• Experienced user of industrial-standard electronic test devices.
• In-depth understanding of motorcycles, automobiles, or electric vehicles.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software configuration.
