Field Service Engineer - French Speaking Territories - Remote

Overview

A Field Service Engineer for the French speaking Territories will provide field service to our dealer network in French speaking territories. Via your troubleshooting guidance, onsite training and hands-on repair support you effectively resolve technical-, electrical-, and mechanical issues.

• Provide field service support and troubleshooting for dealers.
• Conduct onsite repairs and maintenance activities.

• Travel throughout French speaking territories and occasionally to other regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of relevant fieldwork experience.
• Proficient in French and English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience with high-voltage systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Atlassian platforms.
• Knowledge of motorcycles or electric vehicles is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented.
• Ability to travel to EU regions.
• Willingness to work remotely and in the field.
