Country Manager for Germany - Remote

Overview

The Country Manager for Germany will drive year-over-year revenue growth, developing & executing on customer and partner acquisition strategies. This leadership role is pivotal in cultivating and guiding the Sales team to surpass revenue targets & organizational goals.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in revenue growth and go-to-market efforts.
• Proven track record in enterprise-level consultative solution sales.
• Experience partnering with consulting firms and enterprise clients.
• Well-established network of senior-level contacts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfort in a matrixed environment.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in AI or a related industry is desirable.
