The Country Manager for Korea will drive year-over-year revenue growth, developing & executing on customer and partner acquisition strategies. This leadership role is pivotal in cultivating and guiding the Sales team to surpass revenue targets & organizational goals.

In Short

  • Develop and lead a go-to-market growth strategy for Korea.
  • Coordinate with global account teams and partnerships.
  • Provide sales and operational leadership to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Act as the primary representative of Cohere in the local market.
  • Manage relationships with enterprise clients and partners.
  • Establish best practices for project implementations.
  • Analyze local market trends and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in revenue growth and go-to-market efforts.
  • Proven track record in enterprise-level consultative solution sales.
  • Experience partnering with consulting firms and enterprise clients.
  • Well-established network of senior-level contacts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable in a matrixed environment.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience in AI or related industry is desirable.
