Senior Product Designer - Remote

In Short

• Own the design process end-to-end for your product area, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and drive product impact.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly experiences that balance technical complexity with accessibility and ease of use.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct user research to understand needs, validate design decisions, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
• Maintain a high craft and quality bar, ensuring every detail contributes to a cohesive and polished experience.
• Contribute to design systems and patterns that scale across the North platform.
• Partner with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and make pragmatic tradeoffs when needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience designing digital products with a strong portfolio.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and agentic systems.
• Collaborative approach to product development with cross-functional teams.
• Deep commitment to understanding user needs through research.
• Meticulous attention to craft and detail with proficiency in Figma.
• Clear, proactive communication skills to keep teams aligned.
