Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer. This role demands a talented individual with a blend of technical and ecosystem knowledge, organizational skills, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving Zero Hash's growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships within the fintech and digital asset ecosystem. A deep understanding of the crypto and fintech landscape, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset are essential to foster and sustain high-impact partnerships.

In Short

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with blockchain networks and DeFi protocols.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners.
  • Represent Zero Hash at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities.
  • Develop and track KPIs for partnership initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in partnership management or business development.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and digital assets.
  • Proven track record in establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or related field.
