Overview

The Director of Anglophone Business Development & FX will lead business development and foreign exchange activities across Anglophone Africa, focusing on market expansion and partnership optimization.

• Overall in-charge of business development & FX activities for Anglophone Africa.
• Identify and execute partner expansion opportunities.
• Ensure seamless market launches with partners.
• Manage market closures for business efficiency.
• Develop business plans for new initiatives.
• Negotiate complex deals.
• Own FX PnL for the region.
• Conduct business reviews with partners.
• Report to senior management on market performance.

Requirements

• A self-starter with +7 years of experience in strategic partnerships and/or FX.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Experience in African markets.
• Analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Proven competitive drive to achieve results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to build effective relationships at all organizational levels.
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
