Overview

ZEDEDA is seeking a skilled Open Source Architect to lead the integration and standardization of Project Margo, enhancing participation in the LF Edge community and driving open-source initiatives.

In Short

• Develop and maintain reference implementations for open standards.
• Create and execute test plans for Margo solutions.
• Produce technical documentation for external developers.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers on project goals.
• Integrate open-source insights into product strategy.
• Showcase demos and reference architectures.
• Support sales with open-source knowledge.
• Represent ZEDEDA at open-source events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in C, C++, or Rust; experience with Linux and APIs.
• Understanding of edge computing architectures.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Prior experience in open-source projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a distributed team environment.
