In Short

  • Provide stakeholders with day-to-day IT support services in the Asia region remotely.
  • Responsible for endpoint devices and IT infrastructure in Indonesia office.
  • Monitor queues and route tickets.
  • Provide users with software, hardware, and other types of IT support.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues when necessary.
  • Maintain and provide support on server and network equipment.
  • Conduct License, Inventory and Device Management.
  • Responsible for Incident and Problem Management.
  • Work with cross teams to improve system healthiness, quality and stability.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

  • ISO knowledge is a mandatory requirement.
  • Experience in IT support roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks.
  • Experience with documentation and process improvement.
